Landis Logistics (“Landis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates landislogistics.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose: we are a fulfillment company, not a data company.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form on our site, for example to book a brand assessment, we collect what you enter: typically your name, company, email address, phone number, industry, and your message. If you call or email us, we keep the details you share so we can follow up.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, the site that referred you, and interactions such as button clicks, phone-link clicks, and form submissions. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to do this. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses.
Advertising measurement. We advertise on Google Ads. When you arrive from one of our ads, Google places cookies that let us measure whether the visit led to a form submission or a phone call (conversion tracking). Google may also use these cookies to show you our ads on other websites (remarketing).
Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP address, time of visit, and pages requested, for security and site operations.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and talk with you about your fulfillment needs.
- To prepare proposals and follow up on requests you have made.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
- To protect the site and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. The cookies on this site come from Google Analytics and Google Ads as described above. You can control them in several ways:

Our site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
Who we share information with

How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business relationship, then delete or archive them. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics retention settings.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it. To make a request, email info@landislogistics.com or call (610) 736-0500. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Children
Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Links to other sites
Our site may link to other websites, including the ecommerce platforms we integrate with. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we collect or use information, we will update this page and the effective date above.
