Landis' existing capacity is augmented by additional option on 105,000 square feet of space adjacent to our current operation. In addition, by leasing its existing facility, Landis has the flexibility to occupy additional space on an as needed basis to meet customers' requirements. The current warehouse space we occupy is part of a 609,000 square foot facility, of which we have options for additional space as needed. This flex space enables Landis to quickly and cost-effectively add space and scale its operations to support business growth.
