Your Relationship with Landis

When you become a client of Landis, you will be assigned an account manager, who will spearhead all aspects of your program. Working closely with other members of our team, your account manager will:

• Coordinate all aspects of customer orders from placement to delivery
• Provide information on material availability, production schedules, delivery dates, and related issues
• Handle inquiries on order status, shipments, project specifications, billing, and inventory
• Manage all program changes including order, build of materials, shipping, and more
